Delivery If the client selected a package that includes delivery, the product will be delivered to the booked location and set up ready for the start of the event. A case will be provided for the product to be packed into at the end of the event. The case will fit the phone and signage that comes with the package. The personalised component of the signage needs to be returned. Usually, event staff will pack up the product at the end, however, if this is not the case, then the client needs to organise for the product to be packed up and kept in a safe place for pick up the following day. (Most of our local venues are amazing and will take care of pack up for you).

If the client selected a DIY package that requires pick up and return, then a pickup and return time will be negotiated with the client. These times are firm and late fees will be applied should the client miss the pickup and return windows. The late fee is $20 per 30min.

Copyright All copyright is shared between the client and Hotline Bling. Both parties have the right to reproduce the content. It is agreed that Hotline Bling may use the content for promotional material in both print form, digital form and on the internet. The client agrees to release all claims to profits that may arise from the use of the content. Content may not be used by the client for commercial purposes without the written consent of Hotline Bling.

Limit of Liability Utmost care will be taken concerning the transportation and set up of the product, and processing of the content. However, in the unlikely event that content has been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Hotline Bling control, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the hire product. Hotline Bling does have more than one product, so the first point of call would be to replace the product if possible. The limit of liability for partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of content lost based on the percentage of the total number of originals. If there is downtime or content creation is affected due to the failure of our equipment, liability is limited to a prorated amount based on the length of the hire period of the event. If there is downtime due to reasons outside of our control, Hotline Bling will not be held liable.

Other Terms and Conditions The client agrees that they are liable for any loss or damage that they or any of their guests may cause to any of the equipment (including but not limited to the phone recording device, signage, safety case, table / furniture, and any tablecloth).

Should any of the products fail to be returned, are lost or damaged, the client's credit card will be charged the full cost of the replacement unit.

Your 30% reservation fee is non-refundable.  If your booking is cancelled, we will hold the amount paid in credit for use at a future event for 12 months from booking date. We offer one free postponement (subject to availability).  There after a $150 rescheduling fee will apply. It is understood by the client that the reservation fee is to hold the product for the client’s specified date. That other bookings will be declined for the client’s hire. Should they cancel, this will equate to a loss of income for Hotline Bling.

To book, it is understood that the client will return a booking form and pay the reservation fee. Payment of any monies is also considered an agreement to all terms and conditions.
