Bohemian love celebrated on North Stradbroke Island

Meagan and Tom decided on a bohemian style beach wedding on the beach at beautiful Point Lookout, on North Stradbroke Island. They asked the team at Elope Stradbroke to create their dream wedding.

The stylists set up a bamboo arbour, with a macrame backdrop and added dried flowers in neutral colours, and even a coconut which had floated up onto the sand. A jute mat was set on the sand for the couple to stand on. White Americana chairs were set out for the guests. The white sands and turquoise ocean on Straddie provided the most gorgeous backdrop.

Tom arrived at the beach in a linen suit with the trouser legs rolled up. He ditched the shoes in favour of bare feet. He wore a white shirt with no tie, and added a bouttoniere in white.

Meagan wore a boho lace off the shoulder gown which floated in the breeze. Her hair was braided and curled. Meagan carried a bouquet of white, native flowers.

After a short and sweet ceremony, the couple were whisked off to scenic locations around Point Lookout for a photo shoot with the cliffs, Pandanus Palms, waves, and even wallabies setting the scene.
