We’ve hit a little speed bump with Meta (the parent company of IG/FB). A technical glitch in their system—likely an overzealous AI issue—incorrectly flagged one of our gorgeous real wedding posts as “inappropriate material.”

​It’s important to know that this isn’t an isolated incident. This Meta AI hiccup is a widely spread, universal issue that has incorrectly suspended accounts for businesses all over the world. In fact, major Australian news outlets have run stories on countless local businesses dealing with the exact same frustrating situation. We’re currently working with Meta to prove it was a simple mistake and get our official accounts back up and running.
